Fontaine des 3 grâces sur la place de la bourse à Bordeaux (FRANCE).
La place de la Bourse du pied est la première brèche dans les remparts du Moyen Âge et est destinée à servir de somptueux écrin à la statue équestre, détruite à la Révolution, du roi de France Louis XV. Inaugurée en 1749, elle est le symbole de la prospérité de la ville. Successivement appelée place Royale, place de la Liberté pendant la Révolution, place impériale sous Napoléon Ier, puis à nouveau place Royale à la Restauration. En 1848, à la chute de Louis-Philippe Ier, elle devient place de la Bourse.
L’intendant Boucher veut ouvrir la ville sur le fleuve. Il souhaite moderniser Bordeaux et offrir un visage de la ville plus accueillant à l'étranger qui vient par la rive droite de la Garonne. On supprime une partie des murailles qui ceinturent Bordeaux et on construit une place Royale. Une statue équestre du roi Louis XV est placée en son centre.
À la Révolution, la statue est remplacée par un arbre de la liberté. Elle prend le nom de « Place Impériale » à l'occasion de la venue de Napoléon Ier.
En 1828, sous la Restauration, la ville élève une modeste fontaine, en forme de colonne de marbre rose surmontée d'un chapiteau blanc et d'un globe, à l'emplacement de la statue équestre disparue à la Révolution. En 1869, elle est remplacée par l'actuelle « fontaine des Trois Grâces » représentant Aglaé, Euphrosyne et Thalie, les filles de Zeus, dessinée par Louis Visconti et coulée par Charles Gumery et Amédée Jouandot. En octobre 2009, une campagne de sensibilisation au dépistage du cancer du sein utilise comme vecteur les Trois Grâces de la place de la Bourse, enrubannées de rose et baignant dans une eau rouge.

Hydro (Pre-Cyberized) - Probably the most unknown character I'll be making. He has only appeared in the old MK comic and a small cameo in the most recent game. He can control water and change its temperature.

Smoke (Pre-Cyberized) - One of my favorite characters. Went with his MK9 design because I really like it for some reason. Smoke can turn himself into smoke and vapors.

Cyrax (Pre-Cyberized) - Cyrax is a pretty simple design, just a dude in a black and yellow gi. Cyrax is one of the prominent Lin Kuei members who is eventually turned to a cyborg.

Sektor (Pre-Cyberized) - Sektor is also a pretty simple design. Sektor is the son of the Lin Kuei's grandmaster. He is a prominent member of the clan who I eventually cyberized.

Messier 3 (M3 or NGC 5272) is a globular cluster of stars in the northern constellation of Canes Venatici. It was discovered by Charles Messier on May 3, 1764, and resolved into stars by William Herschel around 1784. Since then, it has become one of the best-studied globular clusters. Identification of the cluster's unusually large variable star population was begun in 1913 by American astronomer Solon Irving Bailey and new variable members continue to be identified up through 2004.
Many amateur astronomers consider it one of the finest northern globular clusters, following only Messier 13. M3 has an apparent magnitude of 6.2, making it a difficult naked eye target even with dark conditions. With a moderate-sized telescope, the cluster is fully defined. It can be a challenge to locate through the technique of star hopping, but can be found by looking almost exactly halfway along an imaginary line connecting the bright star Arcturus to Cor Caroli. Using a telescope with a 25 cm (9.8 in) aperture, the cluster has a bright core with a diameter of about 6 arcminutes and spans a total of 12 arcminutes.
This cluster is one of the largest and brightest, and is made up of around 500,000 stars. It is estimated to be 8 billion years old. It is located at a distance of about 33,900 light-years away from Earth.
Messier 3 is located 31.6 kly (9.7 kpc) above the Galactic plane and roughly 38.8 kly (11.9 kpc) from the center of the Milky Way. It contains 274 known variable stars; by far the highest number found in any globular cluster. These include 133 RR Lyrae variables, of which about a third display the Blazhko effect of long-period modulation. The overall abundance of elements other than hydrogen and helium, what astronomers term the metallicity, is in the range of –1.34 to –1.50 dex. This value gives the logarithm of the abundance relative to the Sun; the actual proportion is 3.2–4.6% of the solar abundance. Messier 3 is the prototype for the Oosterhoff type I cluster, which is considered "metal-rich". That is, for a globular cluster, Messier 3 has a relatively high abundance of heavier elements.

John Waller is 19, anyways
Less than a week and I already happend to lose Arthur, but I need to put that aside and find him. I already have a tracker on Green Lantern, so it has to be easy to find them
“Now where the hell is that Lantern guy going” I say to myself while I get into my car
I keep track of them by connecting my wrist watch to my car. I keep following them until they go to a….House in coast city?
“There must be more to that house..”
I think to myself
So they finally enter the house
And i get there in time
Park my car somewhere far from the house
I activate stealth on my watch
They go to a wall and press a button
And enter an..elevator
I sneak on the elevator and then we come to
Green Lantern HQ, as soon as we go down
My stealth runs out, I hide behind some boxes before they can spot me
There's another guy with orange hair
Green lantern and him are arguing
I can hear their whole argument
Then Green Lantern spots me
The man with the orange hair pulls out a pistol, “Who's there! Come on out!” He shouts
I walk out with my hands behind my head
“Don't shoot, man” I say
“Who the hell are you?” Green lantern asks
“This is my friend, John” Arthur answers

John went through all this trouble, just to save me, Now I know that I can trust him
I doubted it at first, But if he went through all of this, than I can most definitely trust him
“You sure we can trust both of them?” Wally asked Green Lantern, “Yes, I have a feeling we'll be working with them longer than we think.” Green Lantern replies
“Hey Arthur, Who's the guy with the orange hair?” John asks
“I think his name is Wally.” I reply
Green Lantern starts to stare at John very closely, “Johnny?” He says confused
“I haven't been called that in years..”
He replies. “What's your full name?”
“Jonathan Walker, Why?”
He Asks
“No reason, My names Hal, Hal Jordan”
He Replies, John looked surprised when he said that, “Nice to meet you..” John says
Suddenly there was an attack on Green Lantern HQ, “What was that?” I ask
“There's an attack upstairs, I need to see what's happening” Wally replies worried
“It's a guy in some Atlantean Technology.”
Wally says
“Killer Shark! I knew he wasn't gonna just give up!” I say
“But how did he track us?”
“Come out wherever you are Aquaman!”
Killer shark says.
“Let's go!” Green Lantern says.
“Go kick his ass!” Wally and John say as we walk out
“Oh trust me, We will!”

Probably my longest issue so far! I'm really loving this series and crossover! This isn't the end.. Yet, I hope this will boot up the Justice League, Maybe soon we can all do a HUGE crossover! Anyways hope you enjoyed reading this! I thought it would be a cool twist if I made John Hal's Cousin, I discussed with DodgUrShotPro, and he said it was OK.
Don't worry, only this issue will be from John’s perspective, If there's any other issue from his perspective, I'll say it at the beginning.

Monument Valley , Arizona side. Monument Valley was created as material eroded from the ancestral Rocky Mountains, and was deposited and cemented into sandstone. The formations you see in the valley were left over after the forces of erosion worked their magic on the sandstone. A geologic uplift caused the surface to bulge and crack. Wind and water then eroded the land, and the cracks deepened and widened into gullies and canyons, which eventually became the scenery you see today.

So, haven’t really posted on here a lot, because I mainly use the Flickr app, and it’s pretty ass, so I haven’t posted a lot of finished figs (most notable my JL). So here’s some WIPs I have.
Falcon
For my IW project, haven’t made to much progress on him recently. Have a cool idea where the wings magnet onto his back, so hopefully thatll get done. Just need skeleton arms to make the ball joints for the wings.
My coach
After my sig fig post, the coach of my team wanted me to make him one 😂. I haven’t been able to work on it in a while, but I’ll try to get it done this week.
Aquaman
Not really a WIP. Just wanted to update the official fig, to make it somewhat accurate. Also gave it the 3D printed quindent my boi 97legomaniac- Transformers/Customs made.
Flash
After seeing JL, I’ve had some thots about it (wont get into it here) and, like many others, I heard he was getting a new suit at the end of the film, which turned out to be false. Was planning on making that new suit, but since he isn’t getting one, just gonna make his normal one. He and Supes were my fav parts of the film, and their scenes together were the highlight of the movie, which is also why I’m making both.
Wonder Woman
Just as a suspected, started this fig after WW, and stopped after a while. Assumed I would get motivation to finish around JL, and whaddya know, I wanna finish it.
Superman
Like flash, he’s my fav part of JL. I think they finally got his character right, after me hating on him the last 2 films. Sculpting the muscles is definitely new, but I’m likin the result so far.
Slipknot
It’s a meme! I bought this off Yale at BF for 75 cents, and I had plans to finish it. I told him I would if he finished that Bulk fig he’s always talking about, and I honestly didn’t expect he would. Anyway a deals a deal so expect him around the new year.
Spider Girl
Idk why, but I had a real nostalgia feel when one of the super hero accounts I follow posted about May Parker, Spider Girl. Spider Girl was one of the first comics I ever read, because it was the comics my elementary school library had. Wanted to make her, and I decided to do it in the style of the Sam Raimi suit, since I think it’d be a good match.

Wanted to make Meras JL look for a while, and finally got to starting it. Wanted to have the same style as 97legomaniac- Transformers/Customs
Aquaman he made, so I asked him for some tips for the sculpt.

I had a session with the most beautiful 3 month old this morning. She slept like a newborn through half the session...gotta love that!
Memories from my childood
Taken for the "52 of Twenty Eleven" project. Week #3. Theme: memories...
As a child I loved this simple wooden colorful toy, and I still do love it! When I pull it all the balls start moving, rotating, waving... so simple but cool.
This strange "snail" is still with me after so many years. While I was pulling it to take the photo, keeping in my hands the short string, I recognized how small I was!
One more thing!!! I forgot before! My mother says I should add this small story to this photo. So, when I was already about 22 23 years old my mother gave to the kids of the neighbors a box full of old toys from me and my sister. My mother took this "snail" thinking that it was not useful anymore. Biiiiig mistake! I realized immediately that the snail was gone ..and ... in short, I could not resist and I went to the neighbors to get my snail back ... I think they laughed a lot about me ;) :D

There are two reasons why a person faces the sea.
One, to enjoy a slice of shine in the sea like children bubbling over in the beach.
The other, to brush the dust of memory like an old man who misses old days, staring at the shine
quietly.
Those lead to only one meaning though they do not seem to overlap. It’s a rebirth.
I face myself to change tomorrow, a vague day into something certain.
That is the meaning of a rebirth.
I had a very sweet girlfriend when I was 18.
After she left, I knew the meaning of gentleness for the first time and also a true pain of loss. After
she left, how many times did I depend too much on her, doubt her, envy her and keep on telling lies
until I realized it is love?
I wonder whether a nobody like me could have given something to her who was struggling in the
daily life in those days. Giving something is arrogant conceit. It is nothing but self-satisfaction.
I had been thinking about such a thing.
However, I guess what she saw in me was because I had nothing. That‘s why she tried to see
something in me. Perhaps she found a slight possibility in me, a guy filled with ambiguous, unstable
tomorrow. But I wasted days depending too much on her gentleness.
Now I finally can convey how I felt in those days when we met.

人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。
ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。
もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。
二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。
再生だ。
明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。
それが再生の意味だ。

ひさびさに５ちゃんねるで頷ける文が出てきたのでピックアップしました。
バブル崩壊後、バブル前までのことなどをひっくるめて、以下に書かれていることはまったく正しい。
どうしてスティーブ・ジョブズのような人が出てこなかったのか。残念でなりません。
仕事だけでなくアート面でもまったく以下の通りだと僕は思っています。
だから、僕はいつも言ってきました。
『日本を出なさい。出てもやはり日本が良ければ戻って来ればいい』

デービッド・アトキンソン氏曰く、「日本の経営者は奇跡的無能」とのこと（近著）。
子供の時から暗記ばかりすると思考力が落ちる研究結果を地でゆく人種。
東大卒、東大に入れなかった早慶レベルも、ソニーなど、韓国人や中国人に勝てない「奇跡的」無能がバレつつある。
塾が地方にも増え、頭の良くないヤツがドーピング（塾通い）して、金と受験テクで東大に入っている。合格点が上がって、本当に頭のいい受験テクを使わずに高3だけで良い点が取れたギフテッド高校生が消えた（社会のどこかに埋もれている）。
失われた20年は、コイツらドーピング塾っ子が急増した世代（50代）が、企業の主力になったせいで、ずっと失われた・・・は続く。台湾人の方が賢くコミュ力も高い。
戦後の高度成長もアニメも音楽も、偏差値に関係ない人が中心。「本当の知性は、知識でなく想像力だ（アインシュタイン）」。
米国の大学は教育の本質をわかっているから、ドーピング中国人を排除し、レジュメや飛び級等で「恣意的に」選ぶ。
東大卒を官僚や政治家やマスコミ（言論自由指数、韓国より低い67位）など、答えのない仕事に就かせるべきでない。
子供の時から友達と遊ばずに塾に行くと、新興宗教の信者そっくりで点数・偏差値が人の価値と考える（欧米にそんな信者はいない）。
同級生を点数で見下すため、人格形成も失敗するようで、モラルもコミュ力も低く、「三流政治」が日本の伝統（東大法学部＝三流人材であることを自ら証明）。
海外で通用しない、大人になった暗記小僧は「思考しない」職に就かせるべき。林修氏のような答えのある塾講師でもして、開成や灘などの「奇跡的」無能な高校生を再生産する仕事しかない。
東大が人間性を審査する米国式にすれば、若者は自分が正しいと信じる生き方に時間がさける。若者も欧米人も教育の本質でないと思っている、暗記クイズ王試験の負担が減って、生来の長所を伸ばせる。
子供は減ったのだから、日本は中韓式の科挙を止めて、教育を点数＋恣意的審査に変えるべきだ（欧米は大学だけでなく企業も面接で、人間性などで恣意的に採用する。まさか朝日新聞の入社試験みたいに、就職まで暗記クイズ王試験などしない。）。

The Rogožarski IK-3 was a single-seat, low wing monoplane fighter developed and built in Yugoslavia during the 30s. It was armed with an engine-mounted 20mm Oerlikon FF Auto-cannon and two fuselage-mounted synchronized 7.62mm FN/Browning machine guns; powered by a Hispano-Suiza 12Ycrs liquid-cooled V-12 piston engine producing 730 kW (980 hp) it had a top speed of 527km/h and a range of 785km.
When the development of the IK-3 started at the end of the thirties, the Yugoslav Air Force leadership preferred at the time more conservative designs with fixed landing gears and a gull-wing like the previous Ikarus IK-2. However, the introduction of the first low wing monoplanes in our nations (like the Hurricane and the Bf-109) forced the Yugoslavs to develop a comparable design.
The first prototype was authorized in 1937 which was lost on a demonstration flight in 1939, leading to a modified version which entered production shortly after. A total of twelve planes were built until 1941 when the Germans invaded Yugoslavia.
