In class, I ask students to come up with, share, and refine ideas on how to approach these problems. "Learning how to do" complex 2D physics problems is really about learning how to follow a process. Here's a good process for getting these problems right.

A nice 4 margin example of the Great Britain 1841 two penny blue G-L plate 3 cancelled with a black Maltese Cross.

Batches of 2d stamps were printed as and when needed.

Care and storage was seemingly not the best as illustrated by this example which shows corrosion damage and considerable wear especially on the right side.

I'm still making 2D's room, which has dozens of Gorillaz items and 2 dimensional objects. Everything in the photo is a 3D model but I outlined some of them in black to look like a drawing. I made most of the props in this scene.
