A. Generally what I noticed is how one area affects another when precipitation takes sediment, nutrients, water, organic matter, soil etc. especially in areas that were lower in elevation than other. I was really surprised with how much the areas of wetlands, forest, and trails can affect one another.

B. The water moved from the defined areas of water into the forest or trails in a way that really surprised me in that I knew it might affect some other areas but I did not imagine that it would play such an effect on other areas and that it crossed the borders that I had created pretty easily. It also moved rather quickly from high elevation to lower elevation which was not surprising but interesting to note nonetheless.

C. In my location there are not any human structures because it is in a wildlife center so it did not affect the flow of water to my knowledge, especially since the outlines of the location are forest which offers a natural outline for the location.

D. C, N, and P could enter the ecosystem through organic material in the soil or from plants and animals in the ecosystem. It could also enter the ecosystem through runoff from other locations.

E. Water greatly affects their location because these elements would be in organic material in the soil or in the water itself so where the water travels the elements would also travel.

F. If there is a lot of rain the nutrients could be leached from the soil and become unavailable in the ecosystem. G. Organisms most likely are affected by the location in that wetland organisms would live in the wetland areas, forest organisms would live in the forest areas, etc.

H. An example of an organism affecting the landscape might be that the plant organisms that live on the shores of the stream may keep the sandy soil from eroding by keeping the soil in place with its roots.
