I have been on Flickr for 2 years to the day.

8. I play soccer, and I am a goalie. My coach says to play goalie in high school you have to be insane. I guess I'm insane then.
9. Even though I play soccer I don't care for any pro soccer team.
10. I lied on #3. I actually have a shared YT account with my cousin Trevor: www.youtube.com/user/stupidpeople60 I wouldn't watch the vids on there cuz we made them over 2 years ago and we were annoying.
11. I am thinking about bringing that channel back with some sort of video type. (I'm not telling you guys now.)

Neo-Classic Space vic viper #2. Technically this is not 100% NCS due to the lack of a trans-yellow windscreen, but that is a part that is missing from our stock of bricks. I tried to at least reference it with the 1x1's on top of the canopy.

A very big thank you to my friend Darlene who passed this old family camera on to me and into my care knowing that I would certainly revive and use it. She tells me she remembers taking snaps with it and still has many pictures taken with it.

Noticed something about myself after rolling the film onto the spool, in my dark bathroom... I had my eyes tightly closed during the whole process and only opened them when the film was secure in the tank and I opened the door. Wonder if this common with the folk who develop at home? Never thought about it all these years until that realization. hmmm :-)

There was perfect lighting in my living room when I came home from work, but by the time I had gotten my camera and everything set up it was gone. But I guess I have all year to catch it at the right time, yeah?
So I just did this instead, and I really love it, especially because it was a spur of the moment idea. And then the title came into my head and I don't know if it really fits but it wouldn't leave my mind.
Also it was unbelievably difficult to balance on that stool thing because it's designed to rock back and forth.

Schiphol is an important European airport, ranking as Europe’s 3rd largest and the world’s 14th largest for cargo tonnage. It also ranks as the world’s 3rd largest by international passenger traffic as well as Europe’s 5th and the world’s 14th busiest by overall passenger volume. Additionally, Schiphol ranks as Europe’s 5th and the world’s 17th busiest airport by number of flights, handling 446,569 traffic movements in 2008, a 1.7% drop on 2007. Schiphol's main competitors as in passenger and cargo throughput are London Heathrow Airport, Frankfurt Airport, Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Madrid-Barajas Airport. In 2007, Schiphol handled 47,430,019 passengers in 2008, 0.8% down on 2007, ranking it fifth in Europe behind London, Paris, Frankfurt and Madrid. There are 188 loading slots in the whole airport. About 68% of the passenger flights were to Europe, almost 21% of its passengers travelled on intercontinental flights and 11% to Asia; cargo was mainly headed to Asia (44%) and North America (20%). In the same year, Schiphol handled 1,602,585 tons of cargo in 2008, a 3% downturn on 2007, ranking it third in Europe behind Paris and Frankfurt. In 2005 direct flights were operated to more than 260 destinations in 91 countries. The airport is one out of four airports in the world to have a rating of four stars in Skytrax's grading system.
Schiphol has five main runways, plus one used mainly by general aviation aircraft. The northern end of the Polderbaan, the name of last runway to be constructed, is 7 km north of the control tower, causing lengthy taxi times (up to 20 min) to the terminal. Plans have been made for a seventh runway.
The airport is built as one large terminal, split into three large departure halls, which converge again once airside. The most recent of these was completed in 1994, and expanded in 2007 with a new part, named Terminal 4, although this part is not recognised as a separate building. Plans for further terminal expansion exist, including the construction of a separate new terminal between the Zwanenburgbaan and Polderbaan runways that would end the one-terminal concept.
Because of intense traffic and high landing fees, some low cost carriers decided to move their flights to smaller airports, such as Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport. Many low cost carriers (like easyJet or Bmibaby) continue to operate from Schiphol, using the low-cost H-pier.

The Schiphol Air traffic control tower, with a height of 101 metres (331 ft), was the tallest in the world when constructed in 1991. Schiphol is geographically one of the world's lowest major commercial airports. The entire airport is below sea level; the lowest point sits at 11 feet (3.4 m) below sea level (or 4.5 feet (1.4 m) below the Dutch Normaal Amsterdams Peil (NAP)); the runways are around 3 metres (9.8 ft) below NAP.

About a year ago I agreed with some friends/fellow local bio-mocers to do an Ordeal of Fire collab, where we'd revamp the 2.0 heroes and fire villains and present them at a lego event come August. Due to our relatively small group size and set availability, I ended up taking responsibility for three of the figures, first of which being Nex here.
Nex' helmet and colours gave me lumberjack vibes, so I leaned into that color scheme. I imagine Nex' role as a strongman who can clear obstacles and manipulate the environment with heavy tools. I was planning to give him more tools than a chainsaw, but lost motivation after the event was over and had to relocate my legos. I kinda hoped to narrow his shoulders a little as well, but on a glance that would've proven difficult with how they're set up.
I was also working triple shift at the time, so being tired, mocblock and mental pressure kinda held me from photoing these mocs. These are rather late, and I apologize to my collaborators.

I've been scoping out this location for quite some time, but I figured that the streetlight would ruin any shot at a pic of the city. Drove by last night on the way home and noticed the light was burned out!! Whoo hoo!.....so went back at dusk today to shoot this. Talk about fate......the deadline was tonight. ;)

DAMN, it’s finished. This took me 2 whole days! WHOLE as in only stopping to eat and sleep and well -.- you know.
I think it turned out ok (: I could have made it bigger though -__-
I'm pretty proud of the hair, although I cheated D: Since I don’t have a tablet I took Sailor Moon’s hair (ahahah), made a sketch over it, drew the strands and filled it with color :O But it still took a long time to do that x.x (my hand hurts like hell)
