Sorry for the late upload! The last two and a half weeks of school were anything but relaxing, but I'm ecstatic to finally be home and completely up-to-date with my 365 again! :)

I was walking around outside today to take a photo and I was about to go home because it was dark. As I was on my way home I saw my neighbour's mum and then went over to my neighbours house and then we took photos outside.
Me: hey let's go take photos
Me: hey can you stand there
Me: no on road in the middle please
Me: can you try and look nice
Me: can you try and flip your hair a little
Me: QUICK, CAR RUN!!!!!

I'm back 😄 - sorry for the short hiatus. I had to make up my mind a bit. The way I was going with the project, and the way my life goes right now (with lots of things to do everywhere), there were essentially two ways my project could go. Either I'd compromise on quality and post images I like less than the last few ones, or I'd need a lot more time for each image than I was spending.
I realized this: Mostly, I was dissatisfied with so often finding out in the evening that I didn't have the image for the day yet. Particularly now that the autumn colors are so prominent everywhere, posting yet another image of the moon just didn't feel satisfying. Essentially, what was wrong was my approach - the photographs I was taking didn't fit with how my days go.
So I resolved to just pay attention during the day again. I think that'll work, and will hopefully produce images that I like again.
I like this image, for example.
I'll go back to posting an image every day, no compromises, and leave the skipped last days as a hole in the project. Glad to have you still around 😃

Ferrari 275 GTB - B&W Fine Art classic car series 1 (reposted)
This is the first one out of a series of 13 B&W fine art photographs of classic cars that I've been working on for the last 3 months.
I hope you'll enjoy it, I certainly did and my conclusion is that fine art photography is not strictly limited to the usual fine art subjects like landscapes, portraits or architecture but can have any subject. It's all about how you interpret it that makes it (fine) art.
I visited the local botanical gardens today with my daughter's class. The rain was gently falling on the leaves and the sound was so soothing. The birds were quietly chirping in the background and everywhere I looked it was the beautiful colors of fall!
