I spent time putting lights up for Eliot's picture this week... but Eliot decided he didn't really like it and thought it was alright if he didn't look at the camera. He also thought it was perfectly okay to scramble away each time he was placed inside the cave, making me have to take over 10 images to finally get one where he was sitting still.
Eliot has been hacking a lot recently, so he will be taking a trip to the vet soon.
Agnes: Hey Bruno! How did you get to go outside while I'm still in here?
Bruno: What's that? I'm having trouble hearing you with that window between us.
Agnes: I said why are you outside while I'm inside!
Bruno: Sorry, still not hearing you well. You said something about a side of beef?
Agnes: No. I asked how you got outside!
Bruno: Really? You want to learn to hang glide?
Agnes: Not hang glide. How did you get outside?
Bruno: We're going for a car ride?
Agnes: No. I asked how you got outside!
Bruno: Really? You like the late 80's rap song "let your backbone slide"?
Agnes: Would you stop talking about Maestro Fresh Wes? I was asking how you got outside.
Bruno: You know, I heard you the first time. I have no idea how I got out here without you, but I do know that you're fun to bug.

Not my first idea for the week. Or my second or third idea. But, It's what the weather and time gave me this week. I was returning from taking Bruno out for a failed solo photo walk when I noticed Agnes awaiting his return at the window. After a couple of test shots, I changed point of view and got this one. If you look hard there's even a bit of Eva in it too.
Slow internet today. Hopefully I'll be back soon with better speed for commenting on other people's photos.
I've made it halfway! My child is never pleased when I try to take his picture, all I can get of him is a mean mug, LMAO. I cant wait to show his future girls friends. I am more enjoying it on my own than with some themes. I like the randomness and freedom of it. I've shot all week with this Rikenon lens. Think I'm going to keep it on a little longer!
Amber (stranger 26)
They sat in front of a door, Amber and a friend, next to the restaurant where they both work as cooks. The kitchen was not open yet. They cook there at a high level; the aim is to get a star. Amber has been working there not long after she finished her training as a laboratory assistant. She likes cooking much more.
Amber contrasted nicely with her pale face and dark clothes in front of that black door. I asked about the cross Amber is wearing: "Are you Christian?" “No”, she replied, “I got that cross from my deceased grandmother”. A nice keepsake. Thanks for posing Amber.
This is the 26th photo of my 4th round of the 100strangers project. I like doing it, that's why it's already the 4th round.

The Canada Line allows Olympic visitors to travel by Skytrain from YVR to Waterfront in 26 minutes. It is an awesome addition to our city. I rode it from Yaletown to Waterfront tonight for the first time. It is underground downtown but travels on an elevated track for part of the trek to Richmond and the Airport.
It's raining again, and I'm having a day of domestic chores, shopping etc. So you've got a shot of my current knitting WIP: A scarf which will be a gift at the 'C' event next month.
