Magnificent storm, low topped, not much rain, only a few internal lightning flashes, but very buoyant. The right side had a clearly rotating base for some minutes long.

Looking up again. There were 2/3 bees happily munching on this plant... I tried to capture them but the P&S just wasn't quick or close enough.
Nice to see it's warm enough for them though!

A postcard sent from Lebanon, Pennsylvania, on September 3, 1907, and addressed to "Aline Gregory, 324 N. Main, Los Angeles, Cal."
Handwritten message: "Aline, The baby is sick and makes mother busy. Will write soon. Wal[ter?]."
"Twenty-three skidoo" -- meaning "scram" or "beat it" -- derives from a fad that started in 1906. Take a look at another early 23 Skidoo postcard, or see my 23 Skidoo and Lemons Too album for additional examples.
This year's Advent calendar has also the theme: "Christmas Wreaths Everywhere". Most of the Christmas wreaths were made by my mother over the years, three made me and four are bought in stores.
Christmas days will alternate with indoor and outdoor scenes. Sometimes you will see one doll, sometimes a couple or a doll with a children.
On the each advent day will be some christmas activity, which dolls will be they do.

23.advent - Christmas carols in front of the door
Green 23 was part of a class of ship regarded as the Ford Transit van of space. Reliable, economic and ubiquitous; these spacecraft were found doing a variety of jobs across the galactic disc. Both cargo and passenger carrying version were built.
The ship's semi-annular wing gave good atmospheric performance. Its Whatt & Pritney main engine gave plenty of thrust to boost good loads of cargo into orbit of most major planets.

This ship was inspired by a painting by Angus Mckie that I first saw back in the 1980s, in a Terran Trade Authority book in my school library.

No. 261 reverses after a photo run on the former Minneapolis & St. Louis trackage at Hamburg, Minn., on a dark Sunday afternoon.
Meet Sangamo, a Crobot who will soon go to live with Specs.
Chawne got the book and immediately dove in, and that reminded me that I'd been planning to make some Crobots for Specs (as part of our swap, and I'm long overdue). So I pulled out yarn, tool box, and notions box, and got to work. Sangamo stands up independently, as I used flat-head screws for her feet.
