The climbing was difficult that day, the mistral was so very strong especially at the summit, my eyes were very watery that I couldn't see for a while. The sun's halo is easily visible in October each year.

A CV-22 Osprey connects to an MC-130H Combat Talon II air-refueling receptacle during a training mission at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Sept. 7, 2016. The Osprey is a versatile, self-deployable aircraft that offers increased speed and range over other rotary-wing aircraft, enabling Air Force Special Operations Command aircrews to execute long-range special operations missions. Day 22. I picked up a camera i bought off craigslist. Damn this thing is heavy. I thought my 5dmkII was heavy, but geez. I scored all the original manuals, flashes, brackets, bulbs, tools, etc. Basically everything that came with this camera. Literally even the warranty cards and free postcard kits. It even came with developed pictures and it looks as if the person who owned this camera liked grocery stores or owned them as they took pictures of the displays in the store. It looks as if it was used once.... pretty sweet..

We'd taken a 'break' from looking for strangers and stopped at an infamous Brick Lane pub for a quiet drink when I spotted Olivia walking along with a group of friends. She carried off her look with such style and grace that I was unable to not react. I passed my wine glass to someone (Iian I think) and went straight into my pitch. Olivia was happy to play along and a mural just next to the pub was the perfect colour tone for her.
I've really struggled to choose a picture to post here because I have more than a few keepers. I also did 4 different edits of this one and love them all equally. Definitely one of my favourite shots of the day.
I enlisted a friend of hers, who I've since discovered is called Toby, to hold the reflector for us. I bossed him around quite mercilessly and dubbed him 'Reflector Man' which raised some mirth. I don't know why it is that I get really bossy when I have a camera in hand because I'm not normally that way inclined. Definitely something for the psych couch one of these days!
