Op 29 september 2024 reed stoomlocomotief Tom (HSIJ 22) met de laatste trein van het seizoen 2024 bij Stoomcentrum Maldegem. Nadat de laatste officiele rit was gereden werd er nog een extra rit tot Balgerhoeke gereden ten behoeve van de laatste rit van een HSIJ machinist.
Tijdens een fotostop op de brug bij Balgerhoeke kon deze foto in prachtige lichtomstandigheden gemaakt worden.
On September 29, 2024, steam locomotive Tom (HSIJ 22) drove the last train of the 2024 season at Stoomcentrum Maldegem. After the last official ride, an extra ride was driven to Balgerhoeke for the last ride of an HSIJ driver. During a photo stop on the bridge at Balgerhoeke, this photo could be taken in beautiful lighting conditions.
Am 29. September 2024 fuhr die Dampflokomotive Tom (HSIJ 22) den letzten Zug der Saison 2024 im Stoomcentrum Maldegem. Nach der letzten offiziellen Fahrt wurde für die letzte Fahrt eines HSIJ-Fahrers eine zusätzliche Fahrt nach Balgerhoeke unternommen.
Bei einem Fotostopp auf der Brücke bei Balgerhoeke entstand dieses Foto bei wunderschönen Lichtverhältnissen.

Look what I found.
Dad and I were walking and playing with the tennis ball on the Prescott-Russell Trail when we nearly stomped this eastern American toad. Good thing I've got sharp eyes and a great sense of smell, though this guy smells...kinda funky.

I really dont like this. Ive got into this terrible habit of looking down in pictures because i hate looking into the camera and I just look like i have my eyes closed ALL the time. :|
Me and Georgie went to take our 365's here. I'd like to point out we walked through lots of mud ( or poop) and walked/dashed around alot for these photos (in the heat too!!) :] LOOK HOW MUCKY THE WATER IS. IT WAS GROSS! :D

Haven't seen Banjo is a while so I thought I'd take one of him today. My love is doing better. So much better that his fever is gone! That means we can sleep in the same room tomorrow night!
Also my brain is still rotting a bit but not as bad as yesterday.
Edit: I just want people to know... this photo is not my best. The lighting is bad, it's grainy, I took this in like 2 seconds and it's one of my "lazy photos"... WHY IS THIS ON EXPLORE?????!!!!
