Looks like Love may be in the air on my local pool.

It's now a ritual when arriving International Falls that I immediately check the MD&W. MDW 22 was sitting out by the shop building in the sun - a photo was in order. This SW10 is a rostermate of another SW10, MDW 21. Alco S2, MDW18, came out of the shop to work two days later.

VIA 22 has VIA 6405 and VIA 6410 bookending five LRC cars as it passes underneath a signal bridge near Taschereau Yard.

I had my first Weight Watchers meeting today. Well, the first one this time around. Down 6.8 pounds this week. Basically, that is the equivalent of:

A MacBookPro or

A flourite carved skull or

Holiday hors d'ouvers for 10-12 people.

Impressive. Any one of these objects has been removed from my hind parts. Horray!

Limestone Quarry in Faxe, Zealand.

It is hard to imagine, that 20,000 years ago, this area was covered by massive ice.

63 million years of history, exposed by Denmarks largest man-made hole in the ground: A 110 acre open quarry that has been the site of limestone production for over 900 years.

TUMBLR

2 years already that she left. With my current busy and new life, I would have so much to tell her but instead I take some poles, my gear and climb on this day to watch a spectacular show of light on one of the last glacier or Switzerland where you can still see ice. A sweet moment where the light lasted for only a couple of minutes before being gone for the rest of the day. What a sweet way to remember.

WORMOD ( Anubis ) Art 937

I broke my remote shooting this. twenty two bloody pounds down the drain. i'm so bummed out.

i guess i'm just going to be happy i didn't break a lens or something but i'm still really annoyed. (i'm getting good at whining, sorry)

any ways, i'm super sorry cause I was getting sick of still life and hoped to do some more portraits, i'll still try with the self timer, but I can't really promise they're gonna be any good.

Horizon 22 is Londons highest free viewing platform and it was great to finally get to visit. The sunny conditions lent themselves to some great shadows being cast.

Sock keeping an eye on the happenings outside. It honestly wasn't a lot, it's been so cold up here the last little bit that even the squirrels are limiting their time at the feeders.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.

Dodekalitten #3.....

Dodekalliten...from the greek: Δωδεκáλιθος

"Dódeka" means 12, ,

"lit" ("lith”) means "stone"

Art in progress due for completion in 2025. 12 figures of stone, carved in granite.

Their heads facing the centre of a circle 40 meters in diameter.

Electronic music plays in the air during the hours of daylight. Created by a computer using data for sunrise, sunset and the tide it controls the musical process.
