Always hard to pass up a shot of the 215 working its for now normal assignment on the north end of CN's Proctor Yard, especially with Cloquet Terminal wood cars on the head end of the cut on a now clear Sunday evening.
I'm assuming those CTRR log cars came off the E&LS out of the upper Peninsula of Michigan for Cloquet. Taken 5/20/12.
This is not my style at ALL and i'm not happy with the way this turned out, but I just felt like experimenting...unfortunately it caused me fto be late with a bad image. Originally the whole idea behind it is that, being someone with big dreams, I know how scary it is to think about the world or universe in perspective and how enormous it all is. That's when the doubt comes in that little ole' me could make it out there. Oh well, I shall not stress over something that is bound to happen in a year of photography!
Now, I would like to take this time thank everyone who's been supporting me lately, its seriously unreal!! I've had two fangirl moments in the past week when people added me as their contact...the fact these people who i've looked up to for the past months are interested in seeing my work everyday blows my mind:D So THANK YOU to everyone who comments and looks at my stuff. I love every single one of you for your support!
also, remember about the print giveaway, 500 likes an I get to hold one!! Facebook. tumblr.

Great Horn Owl, thanks for Ur viewing and comments on these birds!! These are indoor shoots, at the hospital for birds, many are hurt to a degree they need our help or die, I prefer helping!! 200/300 birds are sent here a yr. for help many pass the test of the wild to be returned to liberty :-). I donate my pictures turned into photos for auctions to raise money and medications, it is my way of helping them. Seems when I take their picture they know the meaning, I love it!!! Jim

It's almost time for my sister to go home. The past month has gone by way too fast. I really can't believe it. I don't think I'm ready for her to go. I am happy, though, that she was able to come and visit. We had a lot of fun. Tomorrow my mom and grandparents will be here. Hailey has no idea they're coming. I told her she'll be here for another month. Heh.
Having her here made me realize how fast she's growing up.
