I love the meringue frosting and you get tons! The texture is more a like muffin, the grated zucchini makes it dense and moist. There are little bits of ground almond now and then which I don't think added much. Also, I baked a few without liners and they didn't rise as much. Since it's a chiffon style batter, it must cling to the paper in order to rise.
