2020 has been a strange and difficult year for everyone. For the whole year I have barely been more than 10 miles from my home, so it's been quite a challenge to keep my photographic enthusiasm alive.
I thought I'd post a few pictures from throughout the year that I haven't previously shared, to celebrate the new year.
In September Cornwall had got quite busy again. The positive side of no longer having a job meant that we could go out to play late into the night when places were quiet. This Milky Way picture was taken at St Helen's Oratory at Cape Cornwall. It's a blend of the chapel in the foreground and a stacked picture of the sky taken at the same time for the background.
Ein eher merkwürdiges Jahr 2020 neigt sich nun langsam dem Ende entgegen.
Auch wenn die geliebten Volks- und Wiesenfeste leider ausfallen mussten, bleibt positiv zu sagen, dass dadurch mehr Zeit für das andere Hobby blieb.
So wurde der August für das Altmühltal genutzt, 152 030 mit KLV bei Dollnstein in Richtung Treuchtlingen.

Southbourne, Dorset, 2020.
A Black & White image processed in Lightroom, Photoshop and Google Nik Silver Efex Pro.
Colour image initially processed in Lightroom and then taken into Photoshop. The Black & White image was created by creating 4 Silver Efex Pro layers, one for Neural, Green, Red & Blue. Blended using layer masks.
Process used was from Oz to Kansas by Vincent Versace.
