Making cauliflower pizza crust. Yes... a pizza crust made out of cauliflower! And it has the texture; look of pizza crust with a great taste. My only drawback is that it's more labor intensive than I would like in order to make it very often.
Tonight our friends Ben and Niko got married. the service was fantastic as it took place during the intermission of a wedding play where the wedding attendees were part of the audience at the same time. It was a real wedding within a pretend wedding

Had a FANTASTIC day at Cauley Square in South Miami where Rivet Nation sponsored a steampunk gathering. We didn't realize just how far away it was, and we almost didn't stop at all when we drove around the square and didn't see indication of the gathering, but in the end we were really glad we did stop and had an excellent day.

We had an enjoyable lunch at the tea house; shopped; and enjoyed the art showing and steampunk short movies before we headed back home in the evening.
