Provence, South of France. I spent the two last nights in the vineyards, watching for shooting stars. Wild boars came to visit me, but they left when they understood that they disturbed.

. . . What a weird winter it has been! A green Christmas, and January temps way above average. We get a decent snowfall last night, and then it rains part of the day. At least there is beauty from ashes . . .

Die Perspektive ist deshalb so tief weil hinter mir mindestens noch weitere 10 Fotografen und Filmer standen und ich in die Hocke gehen musste. Ich finde es sogar noch besser, als wenn ich das Bild im Stehen gemacht hätte.

Pershing Square is a public park in downtown Los Angeles. The park is one square block in size, bounded by 5th Street to the north, 6th Street to the south, Hill Street to the east, and Olive Street to the west. It sits on top of a large underground parking garage.

Seasonal events occur in the park such as a temporary Ice rink in the winter time as well as live concert performances in the summer.
