"Esto que ves soy yo,
ni más, ni menos.
Un pedazo de SER...
un trozo de humanidad...
un puñado de risas...
un montón de sueños.
Una cuota de locura...
un pedazo de dulzura
con toda mi sinceridad.
Esto que ves, soy yo,
ni más, ni menos.
Una mujer, a veces una niña,
a veces espacio...
a veces infinito...
a veces pasión...
a veces libertad.
Pero así, simplemente así...
así soy yo.
Es todo lo que tengo,
todo lo que soy...
No es mucho... pero es todo."
- Teresa Aburto Uribe.

THE PATH CALLED LIFE.
The Path of life can be long or short
And for each of us is different.
For some it is straight and level
While for others it is windy and steep
But for most, it is neither
And yet, somehow, it is both.
And Many side trails branch off from
Or cross, or even join it for a ways,
And then the path grows wider
Wide enough for two or more to walk
Along side by side, sharing, caring,
Experiencing the new but ever old,
Seeing the same things perhaps in a
Different light yet enjoying them together
On this, The path of life.
Thus our paths joined for a while and
We laughed and played and grew Older.
During those brief times, our path was
Crossed by others, and joined also
And together we saw beauty,
Overcame fears and built new bridges.
Thus flows the path of life.
Now our paths part as is natural and
They may or may not cross again
At some juncture in time or place.
But I will remember when our
Paths did meet and were as one,
And will keep those times and places
Within me, and I will miss you.
[ Keith Roger Sherer ( b. 1935 ) ]

I'd really appreciate it if you did not incorporate your own photostream badges, etc. into your comments : I simply haven't enough time to give them the attention they deserve. Sorry. I should also be grateful if you did not post your own photographs or Flickriver strips etc. into the comment boxes below.
No multiple awards / invitations please.

One of two tan mechs I built for BrickCon 2012, the other was a 'destroyed' version for our battle scene.
Solo per me
questo cielo di giada
e questa luce di smeraldo.
Solo per i miei occhi.
Solo per me.
Just for me
this sky of jade
and this emerald light.
Only for my eyes.
Just for me.

Don't care bears...amidst anarchy and broken hearts, these don't care bears were probably going to come in dead last in the race but they really couldn't care less. On Division Avenue by Smallbar in the snow. Better large.

Well I managed to make nine mocs this year, not even half as many as I'd like to have made but unfortunately I just didn't have enough time. I'm pleased I managed to make something that wasn't a plane as well! Hopefully they'll be some more varied stuff from me next year...

SCIENTIFIC EXPERTS from around the world are predicting that Three years from now, all life on Earth could well come to an end. Some are saying it’ll be humans that would set it off. Others believe that a natural phenomenon will be the cause. And the religious folks are saying it’ll be God himself who would press the stop button. The following are some likely arguments as to why the world would end by the year 2012.
Reason one: Mayan calendar
Reason two: Sun storms
Reason three: The atom smasher
Reason four: The Bible says it
Reason five: Super volcano
Reason six: The physicists
Reason seven: Earth’s magnetic field
But i dont belive in this....live daily life happily & keep clicking
The M4 Sherman, officially Medium Tank, M4, was the most numerous battle tank used by the United States and some other Western Allies in World War II. It proved to be reliable and mobile. In spite of being outclassed by German medium and heavy tanks late in the war, the M4 Sherman was cheaper to produce and available in greater numbers.[5] Thousands were distributed through the Lend-Lease program to the British Commonwealth and Soviet Union. The tank was named after the American Civil War General William Tecumseh Sherman by the British. (From Wikipedia)
This tank as used in the movie "Fury" was snapped at the Bovington Tank Fest 2015.
I didn't spend much time shooting cars mainly because I didn't want to haha.
Well Southern Worthersee weekend has come to an end and it has been an interesting one at that. To me it wasn't the same as last years. It just had a totally different vibe. I mean dont get me wrong I still had an amazing time with everyone and made some great memories that I will never forget but I wish more friends were able to make it down. There were a ton of amazing cars this year and the weather was great for the most part. I already can't wait until next years!
Happy New Year to all my Flickr friends. It's finally here. May the New Year bring everyone hope and happiness. I wish you all the best!!!!

This piece was originally designed to be painted in New York to reflect the geometry and architecture of the city. The inspiration for the painting came from looking at New York’s skyline from the vantage point of the Empire State Building, where I could see the effects of bird’s eye view and atmospheric perspective. To create the illusion of looking at the letters from above or from the ground up, I lowered the traditionally centered eye level line to the ground and created a new vanishing point well below the new eye level position. This technical approach offers a slightly more exaggerated view of the letters.
