It's true - I'm a sucker for a hex quilt, but look at this one. I can only dream of making a quilt with such great use of colour values.

In the Lund Cathedral there are five organs. The biggest one is the gallery organ which was built between 1932 and 1934 by the Danish company Marcussen & Søn and is one of the largest in Sweden. The gallery organ has 102 stops distributed between four manuals and a pedalboard. There are 7,074 pipes in total. In 1992 it was renovated by the same company.
The smallest organ is in the astronomical clock. It plays In dulci jubilo daily. The three other organs are in the Crypt, the Baptism Chapel and the Choir.
Seldom we get this kind of clouds here in Arabia unlike in other countries. The color temperature during this time winter and spring is superb. When summer comes, the sky will be brown again.

The Kalasha or Kalash, are a Dardic Indo-Aryan indigenous people residing in the Chitral District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. They speak the Kalasha language, from the Dardic family of the Indo-Aryan branch. They are considered unique among the peoples of Pakistan. They are also considered to be Pakistan's smallest ethnoreligious group, practising a religion which some scholars characterise as a form of animism, and other academics as "a form of ancient Hinduism".
The Kalash are considered to be an indigenous people of Asia, with their ancestors migrating to Afghanistan from a distant place in South Asia, which the Kalash call “Tsiyam” in their folk songs and epics. Some of the Kalash traditions consider the various Kalash people to have been migrants or refugees. They are also considered to have been either descendants of foreign people, Gandhari people and the Indians of eastern Afghanistan. Based on their shared genetic drift, it is considered that they may be an ancient drifted North Eurasian stock.
The Kalash of Chitral have maintained their own separate cultural traditions.
...Jon Martin and I went to Frognerparken in Oslo to shoot the fireworks for NYE. Shooting fireworks is hectic and you totally fail to enjoy the show. However, the challenge of getting a good shot more than outweighs this for me.
I'll say more about this experience when I have more time and post some more shots.
Jon Martin said it best...

Barreal de Leoncito, the paradise for the land yacht... during the summer without doubt! Because during the winter it's the desert.
