VII K 99 773 hat soeben mit einem Zug der Fichtelbergbahn den Bahnhof Neudorf verlassen und wird nun die Karlsbader Straße in Neudorf queren.
99 4511 ist vor kurzem mit einem Pollo-Museumszug in Lindenberg in Richtung Mesendorf ausgefahren. - 18.05.2007

Na een lange periode van overdenken, heb ik besloten om voor een andere computer te gaan. Met de andere computer kwam het probleem dat mijn oude Photoshop versie niet meer te gebruiken zou zijn. Dus meer dingen om te overdenken. Veel alternatieven geprobeerd, maar uiteindelijk toch voor een Photoshop abonnement gekozen. Op hetzelfde moment kwam ik een oude harde schijf tegen met foto's er op uit de beginperiode van mijn eerste digitale spiegelreflex. Hier een paar resultaten uit de 'oude doos'. Terug naar 2007!
After a long period of thinking, I've decided to go for another computer. With the other computer came the problem that my old Photoshop version could no longer be used. So more things to consider. Tried many alternatives, but finally opted for a Photoshop subscription. At the same time I came across an old hard disk with photos on it from the early days of my first digital SLR. Here are a few results from the early days. Back to 2007!
Als dieses Foto im September 2007 entstand, war die Signalbrücke in der östlichen Bahnhofsausfahrt in Müncheberg noch in Betrieb und wird hier auf dem Foto von einem Talent 1 der Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn passiert. Der auf dem Bild linke Signalflügel hatte allerdings schon kein Gleis mehr unter sich.
Zum Glück wurde die Signalbrücke erhalten und steht heute in Müncheberg am Bahnsteig der Buckower Kleinbahn. - 09.09.2007

Looks like according to my digital files I was out chasing on the afternoon of Thanksgiving 2007. DMIR 308, 869, and 402 run south with Utac pellets at MP 24 between Burnett and Grand Lake, MN on November 22, 2007. This 308 South is on the heels of a BNSF Fairfield all-rail a few blocks ahead.
Snow on the ground and cloudier this Thanksgiving (which happends to fall on the 22nd again). Always kinda nice that the taconite plants are 24/7/365 so if you have a free holiday, you can score the usual road moves with no problem.
The first two non-turbos are long gone from the scene, but the trailing 402 and the 1950s built ore cars still haul ore for CN 11 years later.
"An introduced plant from southeastern Europe now so common it is considered wild." - so states my prairie wildflower guide. Alfalfa comes in a variety of colours, from deep purple to mauve, pink, pale blue, and off-white; there is even a yellow species. Long used as a high protein hay crop for livestock in winter. My friend Maurice allows his horses to graze on the dense alfalfa stands that grow alongside the ditch opposite the country road running past his house, which is where I made this shot last July.
