An old night shot that looked terrible in color but somewhat redeemable when converted to monochrome and given some toning. Mamiya C330, Ektachrome.
This is an interesting Chrysler Voyager, imported from North America. After the Plymouth brand was stopped the third generation of the Voyager was sold as a Chrysler for one year only in 2000. The Plymouth front differs from the Dodge one of the European Voyager.
The Battle Force 2000 is a strange subset. While odd a lot of the figures are pretty cool, I especially like the almost textured silver paint Hasbro used on them. I think my biggest problem with them is their huge-ass guns, but other than that they're nice to have.
I also want to mention that Craig and Cory both have customized the vehicles for them in the past and made some pretty amazing pieces from them. Gotta go digging for links.

Despite this casting being very nearly 20 years old it appears this is actually the first ever Matchbox 2000 Nissan Xterra in my collection and thats only because after a decade of hibernation its now back in the 2018 line up. Yes, I'm afraid unpainted grey plastic features quite heavily again, its definitely a running theme, BUT compared to some of the recolours this casting got in the Hero City era this actually looks very stock. It could so easily have been given tacky side decals but instead we get a luscious metallic maroon finish and great tampo detailing to where its needed most and that even runs to a painted black rear wiper! Part of the eagerly awaited K Case which has begun to hit various ASDA stores. Mint and boxed.
Still can't believe it, and its only been 1 month since I reached my last milestone (1000 views). I'd like to thanks everyone form GCW and pretty much all my contacts who have contributed so much to my earning 2000 views, and I can ensure you that I won't stop making customs or MOC's anytime soon.

I took this photograph at Druids Corner during the Aston Martin GT Challenge race at the Aston Martin Owners Club's meeting at Oulton Park in May 2017. It's the 2000 Ferrari 360 driven in the 50 minute race by Matthew Wilton and John Cowen. There were two versions of the Ferrari 360, the Modena and the Challenge, as well as a Spider version, each with a 3,586cc V8 engine. It doesn't say in the programme of the event which version this is, but presumably it's the Challenge.

Touching down on runway 9R at MIA in December, 1980, this early 747 was delivered to Continental Air Lines as N26862 in July, 1970 and was retired after less than 4 years in service. Boeing purchased it in 1975 and it was intended to go to the Imperial Iranian Air Force as 5-290, but this was cancelled. Later regns include N747AV, N747BA and N602FF. Before being retired for good in 2000 it flew for many other operators including. Scandinavian, Air Algerie, Tower Air, Air Jamaica, Air Europe, Saudi Arabian and Garuda Indonesian.

One of the nicer examples of the Logo I have seen recently, and it appears to have been specced up with various accessories that I hadn't seen on any others - front fog lights, front/rear valances and side-skirts, rear spoiler, alloys, side rubbing strips and Logo decals. A really smart looking little car.
