Mittwoch maritim – Am Vormittag des 17.12.2023 verlässt der Rohöl-Tanker „SEAQUEEN“ den Seehafen Rostock.

Das Schiff hat einige Tage bereits auf Reede vor Warnemünde gelegen und wurde dann am Abend des 15.12.2023 in den Hafen geholt. In aller Regel dauert die Entladung dann 36 Stunden. Da muss man dann als Fotograf über Vesselfinder aufpassen, wann die Schlepper von ihrem Liegeplatz zum Tanker fahren. Irgendeiner unserer Fotofreunde bekommt das mit und löst dann über WhatsApp „Tankeralarm“ aus. In diesem Fall war ich das – dann schnell anziehen und zum Auto ca. 25 Minuten später stehe ich dann in Warnemünde in Bereitschaft.

Der Tanker ist 250 Meter lang, 44 Meter breit, wurde 2004 in Dienst gestellt und fährt unter der Flagge von Malta.

Aktuell (20.12.2023 06.00) fährt die "SEAQUEEN" im Kattegat und soll am 06.01.2024 um 16.00 Uhr in Gamba (Gabun) eintreffen.
