From www.chards.co.uk: "Reverse Design: Dragon passant representing Wales by Norman Sillman.
Although Wales is considered a principality, the Welsh are fiercely proud of their heritage and the Welsh language is spoken by more than a quarter of their population. Since the 16th century, the dragon has been recognised as the heraldic emblem of Wales. The dragon epitomises the fire, strength and spirit of this proud nation.
Obverse Design: Elizabeth II third coin portrait by Raphael Maklouf.
Edge Inscription: PLEIDIOL WYF I'M GWLAD

UP 1995 made an appearance this afternoon and I was able to get out and get a somewhat backlit image of the train coming around the corner at Fall Leaf. I really wanted to shoot him further back in the curve but my intercept to his track wasn't going to allow that to happen.
1995 Scania R143M.450 Topline 6x2 rigid registered 143HAY. Owned by D. & J. Campbell but carrying the livery of its previous owner, Gilleard Hay & Straw of Thorne, South Yorkshire who used it intermittently as a flatbed for straw transport or with the livestock float pictured. As of the last couple of years it is now in the ownership of D. & J. Campbell of North Connel, Argyll who are possibly using on local work such as carting livestock to the abattoir on Mull(?). Seen here in their yard on Christmas Day 2025.
My first photo of Wisconsin Central was this little train waiting to get into the yard in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
