Ford’s Ranchero, their sedan-based pickup often called a ‘ute’ in Australia, looked like this only for model year 1967. For in 1966, the Ranchero had the front end of the Falcon and in 1968, the Ranchero was based on the Torino, the Fairlane’s successor.
I saw this in the mirror a few cars behind so pulled in to let it pass and get a shot. I'm pretty sure 1967 was the last year of Alvis manufacture. A beautiful classic British car IMO.

The 1970 Caprice received a minor facelift featuring a more conventional under the grille bumper replacing the wrap-around unit used in 1969, along with new triple vertical taillamps in the rear bumper. Power front disc brakes and fiberglass-belted tires on 15-inch (380 mm) wheels were made standard equipment along with a 250 hp (186 kW) 350 cubic-inch Turbo Fire V8. Optional V8s included a 300 hp (224 kW) 350 and a new 265 hp (198 kW) 400 cu in (6.6 L) Turbo Fire V8. The top engine was a new 454 cu in (7.4 L) Turbo Jet V8 offered in 345 hp (257 kW) or 390 hp (291 kW) versions. Both the 250- and 265 hp (198 kW) Turbo Fire engines were designed to use regular gasoline while the 300 hp (220 kW) 350 Turbo Fire and both 454 Turbo Jet engines required premium fuel. A three-speed manual transmission with column shift was standard equipment as in previous years but the floor-mounted four-speed manual with Hurst shifter was dropped from the option list for 1970 as were the Strato bucket seats and center console previously offered on coupes. Automatic transmission options included the two-speed Powerglide on 350 V8s and Turbo Hydra-Matic with all engines.
The Minor was a very succesful British car in the 1950's. It was built from 1948 until 1971. This one is from 1967.

Barracuda hardtop,
The second-generation Barracuda, now a 108 in (2,743 mm) wheelbase A-body, still shared many components with the Valiant but was stylishly redesigned with model-specific sheet metal, and a convertible and hardtop coupe joining the original fastback offering. Barracuda hardtop
The new Barracuda was chiefly the work of John E. Herlitz and John Samsen, with Coke-bottle side contours and heavily revised front and rear ends. Design cues included a concave rear deck panel, wider wheel openings, curved side glass, and S-curved roof pillars on the hardtop.
The rear portion of the roof on the fastback coupe was more streamlined, and the back glass, raked at a substantially horizontal angle, was much smaller compared with that of the previous model. Also, the use of chrome trim on the external sheet metal was more restrained

A selection of BR Standard and ex-LMS locos at Carlisle Upperby loco shed, in summer 1967. The shed had closed to steam at the end of 1966, but was still being used for loco storage..
Locos on view include BR Standard 5MT 4-6-0 75019, LMS 8F 2-8-0s 48666 and 48400, LMS 'Black 5' 4-6-0s 45279 and 44864, and LMS/BR 2P 2-6-0 46522. The 2P was on its way to the scrapyard, but - despite appearances - all the others mentioned went on to other sheds, and survived in service well into 1968, but were all later scrapped. Several examples of each have been preserved.
Some of the shed was still in use for carriage maintenance until the 1990s, but most buildings were later demolished. Today (2017) there are some sidings here still in use, and part of the land is occupied by Network Rail offices and materials storage.
