OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 22, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 stand at parade rest during a Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Shields, in which NMCB-3 received authority of the camp from NMCB-5.
