feeling a bit blah today...
It was 2°F this morning with a wind chill of -12. I wish it would just snow already. I know it sounds weird, but it feels warmer when it snows...
When I first planted this garden, I was expecting quick tomatoes and not a lot of herbs or flowers. Instead, I got passionflowers out the wazoo (yea!—and for wazoo, see the next shot), gobs of pesto worth of basil, a gigantic rosemary bush, and really slow tomatoes. I've gotten to eat about four grapes and a cherry thus far. The vines are full, though, and I'm expecting to have my fill of tomatoes in just a couple of weeks.
