Valentine's Day is a day of love,
For showing that we care,
And if we read the Bible,
God describes love there:
If we speak like celestial angels
From heaven up above,
All our words mean nothing
If we don’t have Christian love.
Love is patient, love is kind;
It doesn’t brag or boast;
Love conquers pride and envy;
It is never self-engrossed.
Love is not rude or angry;
Forgiveness counters wrong;
Love stays away from evil;
It sings a truthful song.
Love is full of trust and hope;
It always perseveres;
Love never fails; It’s faithful;
To the Bible it adheres.
And if you give this kind of love
To your special Valentine,
You’ll be loving right in harmony
With God’s own sweet design.

Sometimes, Flynn isn't quite sure whether to flatten himself to the ground & be a super sneaky pancake collie, or forgo sneakiness & to stay up on his feet, in order to be a split second faster at springing away, one side or another, when I throw the toy. It's a hard choice! His front end goes down to hide, his back end up stays up, ready to run... the result looks like a play bow but Flynn assures me it's a *serious* version ;-)
It's been quite chilly this week - even tried to snow a few times (we've had no snow at all this winter) but this weekend, it has been sunny & not too cold. I was rather surprised we had the woods entirely to ourselves when I took this pic of Flynn on Sat afternoon. We didn't see a single dog or person - perfect! It feels really springy in the woods now - the browns of winter have been replaced by green, with a sprinkling of the white, star-like, wood anemones. Apparently these pretty little flowers spread very slowly - 6ft in 100 years, so the fact they're so widespread in our local woods indicates it is an old & well established stretch of woodland. They're some of the earliest woodland flowers to bloom each spring, so I always look forward to seeing them & quite soon my favourites - the bluebells will be flowering too.

As with the previous “SitzBank” campaigns, private individuals, companies and associations were invited to buy bench “blanks” – raw workpieces – from which they would produce a finished bench. With each participating organization and individual responsible for the design of their own bench, the range of finished products runs the gamut from benches that were thoroughly re-sawn and decorated to others that were simply painted in imaginative or clever ways. On a walk through the city, viewers will truly marvel at the huge variety of designs. If you want to admire the benches as well, these works of art will still be on display in Schaffhausen until the end of October. Afterwards, the benches will all be auctioned for charity.
Mais uma semana e eu não tive tempo de novo de fotografar, esta uma correria, não tenho inspiração pra nada, não tenho animo pra nada, eu pensei e pensei e cheguei a uma conclusão.. preciso mudar meu projeto! Sou fascinada pelo mundo de Alice no país das maravilhas, sempre quis desenvolver um projeto com esse tema mas cheguei ao final do meu curso e não consegui começar nem terminar nada relacionado a esse tema, o que me chateia muito! Mas não vou desanimar totalmente, talvez ainda use Alice como referencia para as fotos do meu novo projeto. Resolvi fotografar sonhos, nada relacionado a palavra e nada que de explicações para os sonhos, quero fazer algo meu, o projeto é autoral então precisa fazer algo que fale muito sobre mim, eu vivo no meu mundo de sonhos, sou muito fechada para tudo, gosto de contos de fadas, coisas fofas, desenhos, mimos, livros, gravuras entre outras coisas que não são muito comuns no meio onde vivo. Espero consegui expressar de maneira muito pessoal como é meu mundo de sonhos.. eu fiquei mega feliz.
Essa semana eu me dei meu presente de aniversario, rs! Comprei esse carrossel e fiquei mega feliz, ele é perfeito! A musica é perfeita.. na verdade não consegui identificar que musica é mas é linda! Um verdadeiro sonho!..
A foto que escolhi pra essa semana fiz hoje atarde com a minha prima e ela me ajudou bastante, resolvi colocar a foto que tirei dela como a foto do projeto e que ela me ajudou tirar de mim esta nos comentários pra quem quiser ver!

(Sunset) Sorry it was sunrise this morning friday the thirtheenth. I was a bit tired from nightshift( Iam not used to it) And then you'r making mistakes,or maybe because of the thirteenth.
JP (of darthjenni fame) and I searched for this a few years ago when we visited Sky Rock, but we walked in the wrong direction. Armed with better info this time, we were able to drive almost all the way to it.
This isn't the best shot of 13 Moons out there, but it does show the panel nicely. A few close ups to follow soon.
