Another image of the T-13 wind turbine pedestal up at the glen devon wind farm above the upper reservoir. This was taken from the same POV with the same lens and focal distance of 200 mm but this time in landscape orientation. If I am honest I dont know which I prefer, the previous version is a little more minimalist but the fence adds a little more interest especially when viewed large. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on which you prefer if any that is and why?. Hope you are all having a good Sunday

this photo incidentally looks like photos i took around this time 13 yrs ago, in the autumn of 2011. which incidentally look like they sound like the band pavement ((because i listened to them all the time back then))

This project is taking much longer than my usual projects. It's not complicated or big but I keep getting distracted by other crochet projects that have a 'best before' date, like crochet hearts and a hat for a friend who lost his.
Eventually it'll get done, at least it's always easy to pick up where I left off.

Voilà presque 13 ans que l’aventure Flickr a commencé pour moi. 13 longues années de présence plus ou moins régulière, d’échanges, de rires, d’émotions... De contacts qui vont, qui viennent, d’autres qui restent, d’autres encore qui sont devenus des amis précieux… Un immense merci à vous.
Aujourd’hui le cœur n’y est plus, je m’éloigne un peu. Pour revenir peut-être un jour, peut-être pas… L’avenir nous le dira.
À tous je souhaite une bonne continuation, photographiez, échangez, discutez, riez, mais surtout n’oubliez pas l’essentiel, la raison pour laquelle on vient ici même et surtout quand la vie se fait plus dure et sans laquelle ce réseau n’a plus de sens, la légèreté !

So, in the spirit of trying new things this year, I had a go at focus stacking today. It's not nearly good enough and I wish that I had pulled out that odd little petal(!) but I've made a foray into something new which hopefully I can develop this year.
