1955 präsentierte das junge Unternehmen KTM auf der Internationalen Frühlingsmesse in Wien sein drittes Modell, den Grand Tourist.

Das auffälligste Unterscheidungsmerkmal im Vergleich zum Tourist war die neue Vordergabel, die von der 125ccm Rennmaschine stammte. Anstelle einer Teleskopgabel wurde ein dreidimensionales Design mit verschobener Führungsverbindung verwendet, die "Earles Gabel" benannt nach ihrem Erfinder.

Je kunt hier de creativiteit zien van de Cubanen die een eenvoudige 125cc-motorfiets in een taxi voor 2 personen transformeren, in de open lucht zodat toeristen een rondleiding door de stad kunnen maken. Man kann hier die Kreativität der Kubaner sehen, die ein einfaches 125ccm Motorrad in ein Taxi für 2 Personen verwandeln, unter freiem Himmel, damit Touristen die Stadt erkunden können. Sie haben Glasfaser für diesen Zweck verwendet. Dies wurde in La Habana, der Hauptstadt des Landes, abgebildet.

Neue 125 cm Vespa kostet etwa 5.000 €

Dies ist auch eine Art Überleitungsfoto zu einem anderen Thema. Da gehts dann um Fahrzeuge und natürlich VESPAs.

Also hier ist schon eine rechts im Bild. Eine ET 4.

Das ist so ein Vollautomatikdingen mit 125ccm. Die surren und knattern nicht, da brauch man nicht schalten und die bremsen butterweich. Damit fährt man gut, aber mehr auch nicht.

 

Nach zwei PX habe ich mir 1997 auch einen ET 4 gekauft.

Da war die ganz frisch auf dem Markt.

Und dann noch in weinrot. Schrecklich langweilig.

Nach einem Jahr hab ich die wieder verbimmelt und mir wieder ne 200er PX gekauft. Die knattern und stinken nach Vespa, haben ein Reserverad und der Rückspiegel fällt vor Rappelei fast vom Lenker. Und richtiges Blech von oben bis unten. Ist das nicht schön?

 

Aber darum gehts in diesem Bild ja nicht, aber wenn die Vespa da so rechts am Rand steht, gehts auch etwas darum.

Sun shone for most of today here in Aberdeen Scotland, after a few hours over at Torry docks I decided to visit the North Pier , as I parked my car two bikers arrived and parked their bikes in front of the Marine Operations Centre gate where I usually take my photos of ships arriving and leaving, I quickly asked if I could capture their magnificent bikes with my Nikon and they agreed, thanks guys, finished off my afternoon perfectly .

Sun shone for most of today here in Aberdeen Scotland, after a few hours over at Torry docks I decided to visit the North Pier , as I parked my car two bikers arrived and parked their bikes in front of the Marine Operations Centre gate where I usually take my photos of ships arriving and leaving, I quickly asked if I could capture their magnificent bikes with my Nikon and they agreed, thanks guys, finished off my afternoon perfectly .
