I went on a really long hike today, it was quite nice until the wind picked up and almost blew over my tripod.

Um 1330 wurde er erstmals urkundlich erwähnt.
1534 zerstörten dänische Truppen den Turm.
1539 erbauten holländische Maurer den heutigen Leuchtturm.
Das Leuchtfeuer wurde vermutlich zunächst als offenes Holzfeuer, später mit Hanföl-Lampen vor vergoldeten Hohlspiegeln betrieben.
Der obere Turmteil brannte 1827 nach einem Blitzschlag ab.
Er wurde im klassizistischen Stil erneuert und mit Petroleumlampen versehen.

#53 -- Collective Nouns -- 116 Pictures in 2016
They came out of the corn stubble like some dark, malign force, scattering some of the snow geese. Then swam across a ditch & frolicked in the field like piglets. I kept thinking of a book my children had loved, "The Little Brute Family."
What a difference a day makes! The past two days we've had wonderful weather with sunshine and 20°C, today it's back to rain and general grayness and only 8°C. But my head is still feeling spring and the cherry trees in our street have finally started to bloom. I just hope the rain and bad weather won't kill them all before I get a chance to shoot them.

The portrait project continues - here is one from April that I love. I went to The Replay Lounge back patio to find a stranger and a portrait and scored when I noticed this cool cat. Clay was also by himself so we had a beer together and enjoyed the live music. I learned that Clay's father is also a photographer which is also pretty cool, too.

I made some neon shapes on my phone after seeing some ps creations on Insta. Always one for a challenge I decided to try and recreate them in camera.
I think I need a steadier hand and a more interesting backdrop but I have plenty of time to practice. After a few average results of wobbly floating shapes I decided to add the burning chap bitmap in the middle of the glowing doorway.

Today i spent like 5 hours in the woods looking for inspiration. But she or he never came. I even started to think that maybe I need a break of the 365, but I won't. Then I found this vines and tried to make something out of them. Good night

i seriously had so much fun shooting this roll. nothing about it was really that different, except for the fact that i played with light leaks (day 120), which of course are always the best :) i've been so happy lately.. i kind of had an aha moment a couple of days ago. i won't go into details, but i feel a lot better about everything now. it's like everything's right in the world :) except when brendan gets back, everything will be even more right! :D i just realized yesterday that we're already past the halfway point! ahh only 38 more days until he's home <3
also, ignore the horrible scan lines ahah. maybe i'll take care of that. but probably not.
