Built 1816-17. 3-storey tenement with shops to ground. Ashlar. Double bow front, 1-window bows with 1-window centre bay. Band course dividing floors and cornice.
Sir Henry Raeburn's Estate. Raeburn Place was originally built as a mixed development of tenements and villas from 1814-25. This distinctive tenement design with its double bow front forms a part of the main street through Stockbridge.
