After weeks of winter at its worst the weather has finally broken and it is possible once again to go outside without first donning at least three additional layers. In recognition of the fact that winter does not last for ever I thought this hyacinth would make a nice addition to my 365 to remind us of what spring has in store just around the corner. There are three of these currently sitting on our dining room table, brightening up our lives just as I hope this one brightens yours a little.

Lit with two 430 EX speedlites, one to each side of the camera. The key is set two stops higher than the fill and both are triggered using an RF-602 radio trigger.
