Another image from a Kodak Retinette, this one a type 030 from the late fifties. Loaded with a roll of Ilford HP5, it produced some nice results and second time around shooting on this camera, I was really getting to enjoy it. Everything takes time and involves some guess work, but these little cameras always impress me and I am really quite smitten with them.

Last week was crazy busy at work so I had payed no attention to the news or weather. Had I seen the forecasts I would not have made plans to take the little drone out for a play but since I was oblivious to the approaching storms, I was disappointed not to get out to play.

So today I decided to have a little fly in the house to get myself reaccustomed to the controls - I've not used it in months. I forgot just how much Skinny Cat loves the drone which makes landing indoors quite tricky as he is normally lurking waiting to pounce! Both drone and cat survived unharmed.

It's Monday which is always my favourite photography day of the week for my Project365 as I get to play Macro Monday... today's theme was 'contraption' and so I went for my wire strippers.

I've officially reached that age that when I hear people talking about strippers my natural thought process goes to wire or paint.

Vediamo la 483 030 mentre sfila veloce verso Fossacesia, condotta da personale Captrain a cui va il mio saluto! Purtroppo la locomotiva è stata ripulita digitalmente da alcuni graffiti che la deturpavano...
