Who else is fed up of chocolate? I received more than normal for Christmas and my Birthday - I actually think it'll take me up until Christmas this year to get through! Good job my New Years Resolution isn't to diet/lose weight, eh?!

After doing some edits, I decided to stick with this and not do the edits I had originally thought of. One thing I'm interested to see is how my editing structure changes throughout the year, because I am going to be getting more experimental with film, lightroom, photoshop, etc. I figure I have 365 days so I might as well try stuff out!

Posing for Photo Man. About 13 day old Hummers and Mom in my front entrance way and thus I could not go in house that way so it was windows 7,,,,, of them......No, I got other doors....Macro Lens used, no editing, no crop, manual settings, shot in RAW.
Although a 365 project keeps me taking photographs regularly, when work or life gets busy it sometimes turns into a purely mechanical process. Last year was particularly hectic and this happened a lot.
I'm sure there will be times it happens this year too but I am really trying to make some time to go and think about what I'm shooting and enjoy the therapeutic process of going out and making a photograph. So this year I am going to learn how to use the filters I have, carry a tripod more often and enjoy the escape that comes with taking some time out for photography.
Alongside my 365 project, I'm doing a 100X project and plan to try and capture 100 land/seascapes throughout the year,
