I'm not exactly sure who or why anyone would celebrate this as a holiday, but what do I know?
I don't watch T.V, read newspapers, or even listen to news on the radio. Each day a surprise...
This is me, SOOC, and a square crop. We, trudged through three feet of snow to get a handful of pics, yesterday, but we had fun, and found this great abandoned house. Looking forward to another adventure next weekend

My Sister took this photo of me, we were visiting some friends at their lake. Always fun place to go.
I have been doing very well. Have my aches and pains, as do all of us. When I was first diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma(12-18-2012) the prognosis was not good. The recent scans I have had, show the cancer is NOT fast growing. Very encouraging. Thanks be to God! I have written this update for those of you who know of my cancer struggles. Thank you each for your Prayers, encouraging words, and kindness. Love to you and big hugs♥ Ruth

An unusual catch for me is 4 loco's on one train, however it happened on Saturday 29th April 2017 when 4 loco's appeared on a Tyne Yard - Millerhill working. Looking at this on Railcam I assumed it was the loaded steel train for Dalzell that was only going as far as Millerhill, so I went to Prestonpans to photograph it on this dull morning. However, as it got closer I could see there was more than one loco and it wasn't the steel train.
66121+66066+66168+66128 are working 6K10 from Tyne Yard - Millerhill with a train load of concrete sleepers at 0744 as it passes through Prestonpans.
I think I have the right headcode as those loco's worked 0K10 from Tees Yard to Tyne Yard according to a loco list on Freightmaster.

La ermita de Santa Justa, situada en la playa de Santa Justa, término de Ubiarco, es una construcción semiexcavada en la roca de un anticlinal, sólo es visitable cuando el mar está en calma y con marea baja porque cuando hay mareas muy grandes, el camino que lleva a la misma es ocultado por el agua.
Bordeando esta cala, hay acantilados desde los que se obtienen fantásticas vistas al mar.

The hermitage of Santa Justa, located on the beach of Santa Justa, Ubiarco term, is a construction semiexcavada on the rock of an anticline, only be visited when the sea is calm and the tide low tide because when there are high tides, road leading to it is hidden by water.
Along this creek, there are cliffs that are obtained from fantastic sea views.

This was taken by a friend of mine named Aurora. We meet up a few times a year to enjoy hiking the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.
We went out to hike and search for wildflowers. We saw many coming up and blossoming on different hillsides.
We are both known to take sneak shots of each other while we are busy doing our own thing.
I was putting a Lego Sasquatch in one of the holes in the tree that had been made by a Pileated Woodpecker. It seemed to be a perfect place for a Sasquatch to have a cave ~ perhaps not a fire, though.
