Touch me in the morning
And last thing at night
Keep my body warm baby,
You know it feels right
Take a little higher, I'm thinking it too
Tell me what you're feeling
I'll feel it with you

Theen update July 2017:
I am happy to report that I am working regularly again, and am currently on holiday in Tasmania. I hope to get back into the routine of posting photos on Flickr while I am on holidays, and continue when I am back home.
These big Blue Morpho's don't land on people that much..I had a butterfly land on the dial on my camera and this beautiful Blue Morpho on my shoulder..A lady I had been talking to took a photo with her phone and sent it to me.. A lot of people were taking photos of me with the Blue Morpho...
When I sent the photo to my brother in California he said, " look Nancy, it looks like it's hugging you, look how his wings are pressed down on your shoulder."
I'll take a butterfly hug anyday! ; )
I was so happy to see the Butterfly exhibit with Butterflies from all over the world, return to Como Park this year.. The last time it was here was six years ago.. I'm really going to miss it, hopefully it will be back again next year.
Revisiting some older photos, starting with a trip to Patagonia I took in 2014. This was the expedition where I dropped my brand new Olympus EM-10 the day before we started and had to buy a JPEG point and shoot camera at a local market in Puntas Arenas, Chile. I used the camera the entire trip, which taught me a valuable lesson in being happy with what you have. Walked through a field of cows at the end of a 14 mile hike. This may have been the least spectacular shot, but it seemed appropriate for the season..

steps out of the shade,
he says somethin' like
you and me babe, how about it
This shot is particularly dear to me for many reasons. Mainly because it was quite difficult to take it the way I wanted to. I often try to give a "painting-like" feeling to my shots working exclusively in camera, without adding PP and I think this is my best result so far.
It is a 1:1 macro taken with my EOS500D and my best lens, the mighty (for my budget) Canon EF 100mm L IS USM, at 1/80 sec f/3.5, ISO 100, with my homemade flash diffuser put on a 270 EX.
This is a repost that I originally captured in april 2010.
If you like it, favourites are really appreciated! :D And they come back!
I would love if you could pay a visit to my blogs:
This is me, a shadow facing the lights and observing the world around me.
