Image taken in an area called La Petite Venise in Colmar France. Mostly known for it's beautiful flowers along the river during the spring and summer months, I actually prefer the winter solitude without the crowds. :-)

In the past my stream was a place full of colors; that might change a bit this year. I will make a start with a motive which is likely to be well known "in color" :-))
Buzludzha is a communist monument - build in Bulgaria in the 70s and abbandoned in 1989.
Unluckely I couldn't manage to take picture outside to the strange UFO shape of the building due to the tremndous fog and wind
Well, we have lingered at the backwaters of Kerala for quite a while, haven't we? My visit there only lasted one day, but reliving the day through my pictures, I felt like I stayed much longer! It is such a special place in the world. I hope you enjoyed seeing life at a leisurely pace surrounded by water and a lush tropical landscape. Just like these birds, we will be moving on. The next stop will be the beach on the western coast of India by the Arabian Sea.
I changed this image to monochrome which enhanced the light that was streaming through the clouds.
Mt.Fuji of Lake Syoji
Lake Syoji had covered with much snow last weekend.
But the lake was not frozen by the warm winter.

The Kinzua Bridge or the Kinzua Viaduct (pron.: /ˈkɪnzuː/[4] or /ˈkɪnzuː.ə/) was a railroad trestle that spanned Kinzua Creek in McKean County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The bridge was 301 feet (92 m) tall and 2,052 feet (625 m) long prior to its collapse in 2003.
The bridge was originally built from iron in 1882 and was billed as the "Eighth Wonder of the World", holding the record as the tallest railroad bridge in the world for two years. In 1900 the bridge was dismantled and simultaneously rebuilt out of steel to allow it to accommodate heavier trains

The museum was founded in October 1983 in Toronto at Exhibition Place and later moved to Ontario Place theme park.
In 1994, it moved to St. Marys, Ontario.
The Hall of Fame and Museum is dedicated to preserving Canada's baseball heritage which dates back to June 4, 1838, when a game which very closely resembled today's game of baseball was played in Beachville, Ontario.
The Hall gained some major attention when Pete Rose became eligible for election for earning his 4,000th MLB hit while playing with the Montreal Expos in 1984, however Rose has yet to be elected to the Hall.
This charming cypress grove in the midst of grain fields is situated just outside of San Quirico on the road to Montalcino. Another photographic and accordingly frequented icon of Val d'Orcia.

I took a drive down to Geneva, Al. while I was at my mom's house for Christmas. I took this picture of constitution oak/living witness while I was there. The tree gets the name because it was here during the signing of the US Constitution. Probably one of the largest oaks I've seen. you can purchase prints through the link below
Some impressive clouds over the Talkeetna mountains as seen from Hatcher Pass. If/when in the Palmer, Wasilla or Willow area I highly recommended this drive.
Shown in technicolor in comments.
Your views, comments, faves and suggestions are always appreciated.
Many thanks to everyone who will pass by visiting my shots. Comments are appreciated. You are welcome. Sergio

A prosperous establishment of the early 1870's, with an elegant Mansard roof, small tower and iron grillwork. Sign of the growth associated with the construction of the Third Welland Canal (1871-1882). Its neighbour, 325 St. Paul St., is a well maintained example of the same period
