What I liked the most of my recent trip to Sicily? The light, it was so complex, rich and so peculiar that the real challenge was to capture it all.

This is a very large and composite image made of 10 photos, from the Mount Erice, 700mt over the sea level. From here it is possible to see the whole coast till San Vito Lo Capo and the Mount Cofano. If zoomed it is possible to distinguish each single house, home, road, with insane detail. Print it on a large surface and you will get a eagle eye view of the whole plain.

Super long exposure at New Brighton Beach. At low tide the sand is covered in a thin film of water creating a mirror.

This is erosion at work. The rock stack on the right is called "the Razorback". The Razorback once extended much further out to sea, but the force of the waves gradually eroded and undercut the base of the stack.

Thank you to all for your kind words! I really appreciate each one of them !!!

Alleine schon die mittelalterlichen Gassen die man in Bambergs Altstadt überall findet, sind schon eine Reise wert.

The mere medieval streets can be found everywhere in Bamberg's Old Town, a trip are worth.

Taken July and hoping for a nice summer sunrise was all set up and then the mist descended, with the sun trying to burn through the mist.

February did not show up with good weather but the last weekend pleased with beautiful sunshine. We used Saturday for an extended hiking trip on the Peak trail of the Wiehengebirge in the Rödinghausen area. The watch-tower and the Bismarck monument were some of the landmarks we passed during the trip.

Le retour d'un bateau de pêche amateur au port d'attache au coucher de soleil à Tétouan au nord du Maroc cet été.

October waved goodby with sunshine and warm tempereratures and we used the perfect weather for an extended hiking tour on the Wittedindsweg, a crest trail on the Wiehengebirge from Porta Westfalica in the East to the Osnabrück area in the West. Before the sun went down we visited the most interesting spots of the Eastern part of the trail.

Cuan el final del día es bonito parece que se añora menos el día que acaba. Fue un ocaso en la playa del Silencio en compañía de buenos amigos y la verdad es que mereció la pena.

Espero que esta escena y foto también sea de vuestro agrado

The views from the top of Mount John are simply unbeatable for alpine landscapes, even during the day in summer. This panorama shows the blue waters of Lake Alexandrina on the left and Lake Tekapo on the right leading the eye toward the Aoraki / Mt Cook National Park.

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

After publishing some dark and gloomy photos, I decided to re-release an old landscape photo of mine. I've chosen the photo from Grindelwald in 2009 because this year I miss the snow so much. There was plenty of it back then, as you can probably see
