2018.11.25 Low Carb and Low Carbon 592

Impact on interstitial glucose using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) after ingestion of a low carbohydrate, healthy fat thanksgiving meal. The post-meal hypoglycemia is probably related to the ingestion of distilled spirits (no sugar added), consuming gluconeogenic capacity of the liver. The hypoglycemia was asymptomatic.
