Just me; my Arsenal jersey and the treadmill. My last workout before the Lunar New Year. Did kot complete my run as i accidentally fumbled on the safety key and stop the machine around the half way point. Still doing a 5.62 km in around 36 mins is good enough for me. Well to compensate, I did a couple more push-ups and crunches. So the work is fine good ! Lol...
