I grew up taking dance classes in Raleigh and at Enloe High School where I met my long-time teacher and movement mentor, Courtney Greer. . . Now-a-days, you’ll still find me frequenting studios to keep my body moving and Evolve Movement is one of my favorites. I try to always get a workout in before the busy workday starts. . . Courtney introduced me to Pilates in high school and I still take classes with her today. Check out her choreography with the always impressive @enloedance program.
