Incredible experience swimming with these whale Sharks, one of the high lights of the trip. Convinced with argument from the " conservationist" ? Big "NO". IN my opinion this is a show of hallow bravados of so called conservationist living the good life. They haven't change the course of destruction of endangered species. How about the continuous destruction of corals, where are they . are they opening as much their massive mouths to conserve and educate the people ? No. But when it comes to some poor villagers improving their earning through whale shark tourism, they peck on the issue. They commission, do they ? Whale Sharks are continually slaughtered or seen as food resource. The Oslob whale Shark tourism although not as conventionally the best way of presenting the benefits of protecting the Sharks but might as will be seen indirectly promoting awareness of these beautiful wild creatures of the deep, It's knowing how to appreciate the spirituality and meaning as a tangible blessing of God rather than our seas be plague of man- chomping Sharks as the Great White .
