Development Progress Ghana

Community members of various ages and occupations from the rural village of Walewale in Northern Ghana and the city of Accra in the South of Ghana were supported by PhotoVoice to create photo stories exploring the state of political voice in Ghana.
While concerns were raised about corruption, the participants explained how freely people in Ghana can express their views on politics, and how local systems allow citizens to voice their needs and bring about changes in their communities.
