In 1992, the government of Ghana wrote the new constitution for the fourth republic. Before 1992, Ghanaians were ruled by the military and our voice was never heard. We did not have freedom of speech or freedom of movement. Now, if you listen to the radio or the TV, you will realize that people are expressing their views without fear or favour.
