Garlic Basket

Few things are as rewarding as a gardener/home cook as having a steady stash of your own homegrown garlic throughout the winter, superior to any imported garlic from the store- homegrown garlic is gold! After many years of growing garlic, I think we finally hit that sweet spot. Last summer’s harvest was slightly over 250 bulbs of Red Russian garlic, and this is what is remaining today- a few days shy of March! Usually I’m into product-of-China garlic by January.
