World Challenge at COTA
It was a wet and WILD day of Pirelli World Challenge Championships racing yesterday at COTA. It started with a 4th place GTS finish for Dean Martin in the #50 Rehagen Racing Ford Mustang Boss302 on one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GS1R wheels. Then Ryan Eversley charged through the field for an impressive 5th place GT finish in the RealTime Racing Acura TLX on centerlocking one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GTD1 wheels (earning the OPTIMA Batteries Best Standing Start and VP Racing Fuels Hard Charger awards, in the process). And then in the weekend's third TC class race, Cory Friedman and Cody Ellsworth backed up their dominating Saturday performances with yet another podium finish (2nd and 3rd, respectively) in their #03 and #04 Autometrics Motorsports Porsche Caymans on Forgeline GA3R wheels. Wow, a great start to the season!
