Splotch Monster lettering workshop at the Brambleton Library, July 20, 2025

Yesterday was the second of three Splotch Monster-themed art workshops at the Brambleton Library, as part of my summer artist residency. It also happened to be the inaugural Splotch Monster lettering workshop, as I’ve never actually done one before, and we had such a fun time! It’s amazing how lucky we are to have these kinds of things thanks to our public libraries, as it provides a much-needed creative outlet to residents and patrons of all ages and backgrounds. For myself, it’s an incredibly rewarding experience to have the opportunity to share my work and connect with the local community, for which I’m incredibly grateful.
