It's been a while since I've had Pork with Preserved Vegetables (Moy Choy) or Oxtail so when I saw these at the food counter in a grocery store, I had to try them. They were only 5.99 and 8.39, respectively. I can't cook these dishes for that cheap so why not just buy them?
Both dishes tasted very good but the oxtail could have been a little more tender for my liking.
