Last time we talked about how we design a two part sofubi TV, that can insert a TV screen and self support without falling. Here is a wax image you can see we almost used this design for the final product.
Apart from support the card insert. We can also make the two TV parts in different colors. Just like how the real TV assembled.
But at the very last moment we think this design will cause problem when made into vinyl. Because in production its very hard to control the thickness of the Vinyl. On final product the first part and second part of the TV might not in the same thickness that can cause uneven surface. This is not we wanted. So we come up with another solution to solve this potential issue.
