In 2006, Junior Merino created The Liquid Chef, Inc. as a means of harnessing his talents and knowledge as a mixologist and offers them to the public. The Liquid Chef, Inc was founded to educate and to showcase the artistry and mixability of ingredients and liquors from all around the world. Merino’s goal is to create new, unique experiences and special memories for you and your guests.
The Liquid Table
Junior Merino’s humble beginnings started in the kitchen, which inspired his wife, Heidi Merino to attend culinary school. After working her way up the ranks, “Mrs. Liquid Chef”, joined forces with her mentor and husband to create a high-end catering company called The Liquid Table, a true fusion of the kitchen and the bar as each dish is artfully prepared with spirits or liquors. Enhance your experience by pairing these boozy bites with Merino’s masterful cocktails.

Margarita Merino
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Dainzu Agave Nectar
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz 100% Tequila Blanco
Pour all of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass or margarita glass rimmed with JM Hawaiian Salt with Saffron. Add a couple of ice cubes. Top with JM Guava Chipotle Foam.
