Steps going from upper left, counter clockwise:

1) used fractal photo on a black and white manga picture. 2) used neon motion to add neon lines in all colors. 3) ran thru fractal photo again 4) tinyplanet app with the left button. 5) also tinyplanet app with right button. 6) icoloramaS app to blend them together, and used juxtaposer to add my suit guy stamp.
