Isn't it better to put pleasure...

Isn't it better to put pleasure in everything we do? I call it reframing of thought. Rather than saying "I need to lose weight" which becomes an obligation, isn't it more pleasurable to say "I want to lose weight so I'll go for a walk and bring my iPhone just in case." That's what I did this morning. Here's the outcome.
